The Level Six Eco Stretch Neoprene SUP Jacket redefines comfort and warmth by utilising a revolutionary new fabric containing thousands of tiny channels that allow your body to breathe and wick away moisture.
This SUP Jacket feels as comfortable as a cotton shirt next to your skin but has the warmth and protection of a neoprene wetsuit. The jacket can be worn as a thermal layer while on your SUP, or as an après paddling hoody when you are back at the beach warming up or relaxing.
Level Six have made this jacket in 2 cuts, Jericho for the men and Sombrio for women but there is very little difference between the 2 designs so if you prefer a wider fit the Jericho is the perfect unisex fit.
We wear this jacket on flat water paddling adventures with quick dry or thermal t-shirt and level six leggings, the longer arms with thumb holes in the cuff are great to keep palms warm and stop the sleeve of the jacket pulling back when paddling, we have also found that the cuff acts as a comfortable pad against the paddle handle when paddling really long distances. We love the drop hem on the back of this jacket, a definite must for taller paddlers as this keeps the jacket low and backs warm. We also love this jacket for cycling and walking the dog, the neoprene stops windchill and as it’s eco-neoprene, the jacket doesn’t look like neoprene at all and just looks like a really nice jacket, so the slightly pricy edge to this jacket has been offset by the fact we wear it for loads of our other sports (and going to the pub ? )
If you need leggings and thermal t-shirt too, check out the Level Six eco neoprene legging and t-shirt kit review.
